But I've definitely never seen a 'H3T'. Was this a factory model? Are they rare? [EDIT: They are. They only made about 2700, it looks like.]

It was a factory model, and yeah they are fairly rare.
However, all H3's had a pickup option... it was the Colorado/Canyon. lol

Fairly rare. I don't know the exact number from the factory, but there is a dude next to my office who dailies one, so I could be talking out of my ass.

Pretty rare, yes. Factory, yes. I guess not many people liked the idea of buying a midsize truck for $35k+ with a short bed and terrible fuel economy compared to fullsize trucks.

Yes it was factory and I think it's rare because it was the year the got shut down by GM.
